How do I start playing?
Create a FragLobby account, verify your email, and link Steam. Open Play in the app, select a game mode and entry tier, then join the queue. You will need CS2 installed to connect to your assigned game server.
Can I play solo or with a team?
Both. Choose a 1v1 duel, pair up for 2v2, or join 5v5 team competition. Each format has a Free Play option as well as paid tiers. The app shows the available queues and party options before you enter.
What are FL Tokens?
FL Tokens are the units shown in your FragLobby wallet for match entries and rewards. Your wallet separates play credit from funds eligible for withdrawal. Check the wallet for your current balance and withdrawal requirements.
Can I play without a deposit?
Yes. Choose Free Play in 1v1, 2v2 or 5v5 after registering and linking Steam. Free matches have no entry fee, prizes or Elo changes and do not count toward paid-tier or withdrawal requirements. The automatic 15 FL signup promotion has ended; existing credit is unchanged.
How are prizes calculated?
In paid matches, player entry fees form the prize pool. A 10% platform fee is deducted, and the remaining pool goes to the winning player or team. Free Play has no prize pool or platform fee. Review the prize details in the app before joining a paid match.
What if I disagree with a match result?
Open that match in your match history and submit a dispute within the 10-minute dispute window. Include the details and evidence you want the team to review.
